The hotel is in a convenient location and very walkable. The property looks like it has been renovated, and the decor choices look great. Lobby is nice. Staff were friendly. The property does have lingering issues of an older building: Bathroom was small, toilet was weak, the lights went out while my daughter was in the shower. Our room had a pull out bed but no bedding. We did not visit the on site restaurant.

Clean, safe, nice rooms and comfy bed. What I didn’t like is that you have to pay extra for parking ($12/day) and the sliding door at the bathroom has huge gaps that offer no privacy. Overall, I recommend this hotel, we had a great experience.

One of our favourite shots from Tawang monastery in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh state, northeast India. 📿Tawang monastery is the largest Buddhist monastery in India and the 2nd largest in the world, only surpassed by Potala palace in Lhasa, Tibet. 💫It's a colossal, self-contained medieval citadel and built across three different levels and harbouring hundreds of resident monks. In this image, you are observing the approach to the main courtyard of the monastery. Jili is leaning against the whitewashed wall of the principal prayer house, which enshrines a huge Buddha statue. How elegant and refined those windows are! To the left are monks’ residential buildings with their distinctive yellow roofs. ✨That graceful edifice in the distance, situated right at the entrance to the main courtyard, is where you will find butter lamps 🔥burning inside a small room on the upper level. There is also a balcony up here where one can indulge in a magnificent panoramic view overlooking Tawang. We will have to show you that wonderful view another time. ⭐️So now tell us, how does this image make you feel? Is this the image that comes to your mind when somebody mentions the word India 🇮🇳?
