「It is not worth for the price you pay. With the exception of one staff member, the rest were rude to us. For many, they could not communicate well in english (which is fine, not everyone needs to be fluent) but when you are the only person to help and are meant to be having sensitive converstations you need someone to be able to communicate it well. 」

「What an absolutely stunning hotel. Perfect location and right on the beach. Although the hotel was fully booked, it was never overcrowded. We were Half Board and the breakfast and dinner was amazing. I'd go as far to say the dinner is a la carte quality. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. 「Strongly recommended if you plan to stay at the East coast of Sardinia. Orosei is 40mins driving, Olbia is 40 mins driving. The hotel its self is very clean and the staff are super friendly. Definitely not the last time.」

「This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel!! Broken cupboard in bathroom, broken toilet seat, no tissues, no tea or coffee sachets yet a kettle was supplied, we assumed 2 small bottles of water in fridge were complimentary, however we were charged 4 euros at checkout for taking them. The supermarket around the corner were charging 55 euro cents for a 2 litre bottle of water! The only positive comment is about the breakfast waitress who was lovely.」
