「Hôtel avec chambres possédant petite kitchenette très pratique. Chambre et salle de bain propre, gel douche qui sent très bon, bon accueil, parking couvert ( pratique en cas de chaleur ! ). Établissement bien placé pour moment shopping secteur Bordeaux Lac.」

「The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. 「Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....」
