We loved staying at this property. It was walking distance to both the beach and mount maunganui shops, perfect location. The apartment had everything we needed and was well set up. Unfortunately the bed in the master room was uncomfortable and the restrictions around washing clothes after 4pm meant there was no where to hang the washing (possibly a clothes horse is needed). Check-in was from 4pm which was a shame, we would have appreciated 2pm (not at an extra cost though). Otherwise we were more than happy with our stay and would recommend to others
