Need improvement

Portal says 0.3 miles from CBD and actually it was 3 KM away. It wasn’t good overall, the coffee kettle wasn’t working, light were too dim, no restaurant nearby, internet was not available, TV wasn’t working. Not sure why charge so much for such a deplorable hotel.

Everything worked. Heating worked well, bed very comfortable, shower good pressure and worked well. We were offered the small unit recently purchased and was very well fitted and comfortable. Nothing i could suggest to improve it. Lovely and clean, i had done some handwashing hanging around and when i came back cleaner had put it on a clothes rack for me to dry easier. I guess location not fantastic but other than that couldnt suggest any improvement !

Great motel with exceptional service

The motel itself has had a makeover in recent years and sports reasonably modern fittings. There's the odd giveaway that it's an older building but the rooms are very clean and well appointed in addition to be fairly spacious. The sheets are amongst the best I've had - up there with the Langham or Novotel - and the service was supurb but in a friendly layed back way. It's the first time I've come back to a room after 5pm to find the heating already going!
