We really like the apartment style rooms, so we could feel like home from home and eat/cook there if we wanted to. Very relaxed and friendly feel to the place and convenient to local shops, parks and walks. It's a 5-minute drive to Mt Maunganui with beautiful beaches and lots of restaurants too.

Having arrived after 30hrs in the air and 2.5hrs drive from Auckland we could not have been happier with the Accomodation. From stepping into reception to be met with a friendly warm smile, to a clean, large studio apartment with everything we could need! I think they thought we were a little mad that we wanted to jump in the pool at only 15Degs outside ( the pool isn't heated) but it was just what we needed to refreshen up the muscles after nearly two days of traveling! The room was clean and spacious and the kitchen well equiped. A local supermarket is less than 5 mins drive (I recommend Pak n Save), And Mount Maungui and the bay is literally a 5min Drive! Would have stayed longer if we could! Even better I left my watch in the room and they found it and kept it safe for me to collect. Definitely recommend

The staff were fantastic very professional and polite. I had only intended on staying one night but it ended up being two. The first night it was great or so I thought but the next morning I noticed that there was a lot of dust around the sides of fridge, on the heat pump and on top of the range hood there was also duct tape holding on the bottom of the bathroom door and the bottom of the shower was gross. It was good apart from that and could have been great had the shower and kitchen had that extra touch of care. The next night after checking in to see the room in a similar state as it was when we left was a bit disheartening. The next morning we were awoken to a lot of loud talking outside our room around 8 followed by extremely loud banging. Which continued for the most part until we checked out at 10. I would have thought, if they had any maintenance like that to do, they would wait until the guests had checked out.
