Welcoming staff, a block up from the lake. A number of motels close by which was great for family reunion for family to gather. Could walk into cental Taupo shopping / dining area.

It's a nice, cosy place to stay for 2 nights. Convenient walk to the main shops/cafes. The room is a little worn out, and can do with a refresh, but the staff's excellent service and friendliness more than made up for it.
