"When we stayed there it was hot and they have no air conditioning in the rooms. We had a balcony that was shared with another room, did not feel comfortable to leave the balcony doors open all night. Also we had booked in April of 2026 and paid, and required parking. 2 days before we arrived we got notified that we did not have parking. They did not tell us how to drive into the city to bring our suitcases to the hotel, we had to park outside the wall and carry our luggage all the way to the hotel. I would have appreciated a parking spot which we had confirmed back in April but once August came around, they wouldn’t give us one. And they also did not give us instructions on which entrance we should be driving into to bring our suitcases to the hotel."

"We stayed for 2 nights. The location was relatively close to the places we wanted to visit. Our room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold offerings. We would certainly stay here again. One small criticism -- we had booked a "junior suite" in order to have a larger sized bed but had not realized that this "suite" was a "2-story" unit in an unattached second building. Fortunately, the weather was good and walking to the main building for breakfast was not a problem. All in all, this was a minor "complaint" and we were quite satisfied with our stay. Regarding parking, we did not use a car but the hotel's parking lot seemed quite ample."

"The hotel was lovely, very clean, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. We contacted the hotel beforehand to ask about air conditioning and were told they did not offer AC. Our first night was very hot, and after complaining a few times, we requested an additional fan. The next morning, we were able to upgrade for an additional fee to a room with AC, which they do have in some rooms, and we were very happy with the upgrade. I believe there may have been a language barrier, so if AC is important to you, I recommend being very clear when booking and confirming that your specific room has air conditioning."
