Bom hotel, café da manhã honesto q peca pelo apresuntado no lugar do presunto e por não ter suco de laranja. Os outros itens são de boa qualidade. O restaurante do hotel é ok e os garçons muito atenciosos. A garagem é boa. Na recepção tive uma ótima experiência no check in e um atendimento constrangedor e estressante na saída. O hotel não registrou a diária que pagamos via 'hotel.com'. Um rapaz mal educado, mal informado e grosseiro queria que eu pagasse novamente uma diária, apesar de eu lhe mostrar os descontos no extrato do cartão de crédito. Foram 15 min de constrangimentos até que um gerente viesse com a solução.

Uma moça muito educada me recepcionou, uma simpatia, mais me colocaram num quarto no 5 andar q aparecia q tinha uma escola de samba tocando exclusivamente pra mim, n deu pra dormir a noite, me senti o Rei Momo do Carnaval as duas vezes q levantei pra fazer algo pra fechar a janela. E o café q começa a ser servido as 6 da manhã já tinha q estar com tudo pra gente poder desfrutar, mais não, deu 7 da manhã, o molho de salchicha e os ovos mexidos nem apareceu, tive q ir embora. Boa área de lazer, pena que meu tempo foi curto.

Bom mas pode melhorar

Hotel tem boa localização e é antigo, contudo, por ser antigo merece conservação. Os aparelhos de ginástica estão abandonados sem condições de uso. Tentei fazer musculação mas, não consegui. Não há cuidado com a limpeza no 7º andar à exceção do restaurante, ambientes sujos e mal cuidados. As toalhas de banho com o tempo têm que ser trocadas. A toalha disponibilizada na sauna era melhor do que se encontrava no quarto. Corredores merecem uma maior atenção na limpeza e iluminação, com timer. Café da manhã bom, funcionárias atenciosas. Cortinas merecerem ser lavadas. Colcha da cama já bem gasta, merece troca.

Baixo custo-benefício

O hotel realmente deixa a desejar em alguns quesitos. A estrutura em geral é boa, funcionários educados e o café da manhã é ótimo. Porém, os quartos que não contam com ar-condicionado não têm sequer um ventilador. Além disso, há muito barulho, pois o hotel fica à beira da rodovia Dutra. O estacionamento também é limitado, tive que sair durante a noite e quando voltei simplesmente não tinha vaga pra deixar o carro. A recepção se limitou a informar que eu poderia deixar o carro na rua ao lado. Por falar em recepção, quando cheguei em determinado horário da noite, ela estava simplesmente fechada. Fiquei cerca de 20 minutos esperando alguém vir atender, absurdo. Enfim, o custo-benefício não compensa, tem hotéis muito melhores na região e com o preço mais em conta.

Foi bom, porém decepcionou um pouco.

Foi necessário mudança de quarto, pois o quarto inicial estava com um problema de barulho, foi identificado na primeira noite, fomos trocados de quarto para um quarto inferior devido a lotação, na no outro dia foi disponibilizado um quarto compatível com o primeiro, apesar desse desconforto, todos os funcionários foram muito solícitos, educação e atenção total, tentando resolver o caso mais rápido possível.

Decepcionante

Decpcionante, hotel se vende spa e convention, paguei mais caro que outras melhores opções em Taubate para ter mais conforto porém foi frustante. O restaurante do hotel tem poucas opções e decidi pedir um delivery, afinal eu posso comer o que eu gostar, porém quiseram me cobrar R$ 15,00 para usar o prato e talher, achei um absurdo isso pois não estava hospedado no restaurante e sim no hotel, e o minimo de conforto é disponibilzar quando necessario. Frigobar vazio, ar antigo, para conectar o notebook precisa desligar a tv da tomada por falta, cobertores nao estavam lacrados o que da impressao de guardarem usados. Na piscina varias placas para consumacao tem que ser exclusiva do restaurante, desnecessario. A impressao que fica que o restaurante sky deck tem soberania acima do hotel, o que prejudica bastante o conforto dos hospedes, lamentavel nao recomendo e nao volto.

Péssimo hotel.

Hotel sujo. Chuveiro mofado. Ar condicionado quebrado. Funcionários sem vontade nenhuma de atender bem. Não acredite nas boas avaliações, eu fiz isso, escolhi esse hotel e me arrependi muito. Péssimo! Piscina muito suja! Estacionamento tem que ficar buzinando um monte pra alguém abrir. Café da manhã com pães velhos e bolos de outros dias.
