「Breakfast was ok and location of the hotel with awesome views .Otherwise it was extremely cold in the room especially at the evening/ night .This place is good for someone with very low service expectations where you can’t fina a good helpful stuff.」

「Within walking distance to main square Property is very clean and breakfast was delicious A small refrigerator in room would be appreciated in the future. 」

「I cannot recommend this hotel. We made a reservation, but when we called to check in, we were told that no reservation existed. We were left in a very difficult situation in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay. Despite the reservation not being available, the payment was still charged from my account. This feels like a scam and was a very disappointing experience.」

「Quiet location. I spent some time in the sauna, which was so relaxing!」

「Willa Iskra was ideal for my visit to Zakopane. The location is clean, quite, and cozy. The location was walking distance to Krupowki Street, and the bus/train station, but jus far enough not to have the noise of the busy streets. No complaints.」
