「I had a wonderful stay at Park Inn (Iloilo City). The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us ( my family ) feel at home. The room was spacious, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the location was very convenient. Overall, Park Inn, exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return on my next visit. Highly recommended!」

「Noisy, Noisy Noisy. Loud motorcycles passed by into the early morning hours and this hotel has the worst sound proofing ever. I asked to change the room to behind the road passing but the manager said that a quiet room costs more. Did not sleep well for the 3 nights there. Hotel must invest in some type of sound proofing. Loudest hotel I ever stayed at.
No hot water in the room the first day and night.

their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available...
on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...」
