"We’re staying in Deluxe cabin for 4, there is not hot water in both washrooms and kitchen.
We found out at 5pm, which the reception was closed. We ran to reception and asked for help, a staff called their boss, and they offered us another room.
It was disastrous to worry about having no hot water in such cold weather, and we were exhausted to ran back and forth between cabin and reception, as our house is quite far from the reception.
I expect our room was ready and being checked, before our arrival."
