"Outdated and dirty is the best away to describe this Hotel. The potential is there, but it's as if they don't care. First you pull in and see an overgrown parking lot not very kept. The check in is in an in air-condition less lobby. On the way to the rooms you go through the hallway which could use a paint job and a moping. Once you make it to the room and you get inside you are met with the smell of sewage which they try to mask it with air fresheners in the bathroom. However, the room is clean and tidy.
Once you get outside you see the roof cover with traps and missing tiles. The pools could be cleaned as they are murky and dirty. The game room is worn down and dirty. All the machines seem really old and broken.
When you go make sure they are not holding any events because they will block you from the use of the resort, they pushed all the guests to the upstairs seating area for dinner while the event they were hosting could use the resort . They used yellow caution tape to keep us out of areas we had paid to use. When I went to complain they would just bring out random employees saying they were the owner. When the manager stood there and I pressed them the front desk guy said I asked the wrong question.
Truly sad, this place could be something nice but it's almost as if they don't try. The pool bartender was only helping one 1 because they were streaming and he thought they were more important.
