「It was terrible, this is the last time I choose Normina , The manager, Tallat is very rude and defensive and not willing to try to find my expensive item that I left behind when I checked out of the room.. Theft of guest items can not be excused.. We tolerated noise but theft no way.. THIS PLACE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY..」

「We ranted 3 apartments Place not clean well, also the staff was Unprofessional!!! Any things requested from reception can not provide. - I contacted them 2 days before check in date to have all three apartments close from each other, they confirmed this request in last day than suddenly once we reached to hotel they change them !!! There was Egyptian guy in reception with zero customer service experience, I asked him to provide more keys for the apartment since we are 6 person, his reply...
