"My husband and I got rained out of our camping trip and the owner Denise was SO kind and generous! She got us in way before checkin time and remembered us during our stay. The whole staff is kind and welcoming, like family. We stayed in the hotel under the restaurant and it was so beautiful! The room is adorable decorated and everything is clean and well thought out, down to homemade soaps and a complete coffee bar. We will be back and highly recommended staying here!! "

"It is always nice to start the day with a complimentary breakfast - the offerings here were particularly well managed. Very tidy and freshened frequently. The clerk was very friendly at checkin."

He provided some helpful hints as we were traveling over to Brevard and then the Smoky Mnts. - such as, sites to visit and scenic drives. Enjoyed visiting with him. Our room was well maintained and clean. Thank you."

"No face to face with anyone as you get your room and door code via email which turned out to be very nice. I didn't know what you do if you have an issue but we didn't. Very nice, very modern room. Absolutely did not expect how nice it would be. It says the breakfast is grab and go which, to me, means a banana and muffin in a bag but it was much more of a Continental bfast with tables, etc. "
