"Worst or lf something lower rating I would do that. The person even picked my pashmina scarf from room and after 2 hrs of follow returned , he turned it into cleaning cloth. Destroyed the cloth. Rooms are worst. Too Much cold. Beware they will ask u for extra money to provide heater. Absolutely rip off."

When I reached the venue I was shocked to find that this hotel does not exist in reality and the locals around the place confirmed the same as well. My hard earned money amounting to Rs 5670 has been snatched away by a fruadster who poses to be Temple View Badrinath House. I am even more shocked to believe that such a fraud listing of a hotel has been made on a reputed online platform as that of yours! Where is your background check? This has shaken up my trust big time on your online hotel booking platform and I am not going to use your platform further as there is zero credibility! I am going to escalate this to the relevant Government / regulatory / legal authorities as may be appropriate to save other travellers from this dismay and harassment.
