Awful, should be closed down!

Owner too busy on cellphone to check us in. Paid in advance. Room awful, Broken hand basin, broken toilet seat, electrics hanging off old brown wallpaper, flea- market furnishing, no hot water, no mandatory fire escape plan. We were told breakfast from 6 am. Came down 06:30. Old Italian guy wandering around. Restaurant flooded, no breakfast, no manager. Old guy no idea, spoke no German or English. I want my money back!!!
