High CP Value hotel. Great service.
Great location, clean and all staff are very helpful & friendly. Room is a bit small but ok. Free laundry is a bonus. There is a direct bus stop close-by to Taoyuan international airport. Highly recommend this 191 hotel for travellers. High CP Value. Will stay again absolutely.

It’s clean and the service staff are nice. However, the room is a bit small and the noise from the neighboring road is too loud to fall asleep at night.

Hotel room was clean and in excellent condition. Problem is that while the description noted that it was a five minute walk from Tayoun station and thus presumably close to the Taipei international airport, and this would be a major reason why someone would stay at this hotel fact the train at that station does not go to the airport. As a result the only way to get to the airport is by bus and since that takes 45 minutes one might just as well stay in the centre of Taipei and take the MRT which also takes about 45 minutes. This should be explained by the hotel or Expedia before customers book this hotel.

The hotel has super cute theme everywhere! We were impressed by the cleanliness and there's a carpark just behind the hotel. The staff is also very helpful and provided a lot of information about the area around the hotel.

Like the centralised location with malls, cafes and eateries nearby. Taoyuan 77 Art Zone is situated next to hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Only disadvantage is access by 1 common lift in building shared with other tenants/users means outsiders can eaily enter the floors where the guest rooms are... though there are plenty of CCTVs at all corners of the 3 floors where the hotel occupied.

The staff were helpful and attentive. The hallway is a little dark and gloomy, but the room was clean and well maintained.

A pleasant stay overall.
A basic hotel with small, clean, modern rooms. Bed is ok and overall acceptable. Our room was quiet. No frills, no fuss stay with a good price. Only issue is if it rains, they don’t really have a drop off area. You will need to have umbrellas and carry your bags up the road and steps on your own. Hotel is part of a building with different functions. I would be happy to stay here again if required for a basic and budget friendly option. Breakfast is not bad and I enjoyed the local options.

Cute hotel for a brief stay
We stayed before our flight and were impressed by the room, very clean and comfortable if a little small. It's close to the train station, shopping and the airport bus.

Close to train station and good value
The hotel is a couple blocks from train station and the bus stop that goes to airport. I arrived a little early, but it was good that they let me check-in anyway. Room was clean and in good condition. Bathroom is decent size, with good shower. I paid a little extra to include the breakfast; it's alright, nothing fancy, mostly Chinese home-style.

Hotel close to the Taipei famous sightseeing
I was arrived around 9:00PM and the staff is so helpful. They have very fast checkin, friendly. Hotel room is nice and clean. There are a lot of street food near the hotel which is really good for foreigners.

Great price and stay
I have to get used to the fact that rooms are small in Taiwan. Moving forward, the hotel is in a great location, close to 24hr snack shops/ Mc D's. It's also close to all the major transportation lines and train station. All the essentials for comfort traveling. For the price, breakfast wasn't bad. You will get a decent meal.

Stop looking for other hotels and book this one. We stayed here the night before our flight. The room was very comfortable. ***Extremely friendly staff, gave us great recommendations*** - for dinner we ate at a dumpling place nearby (3 mins) recommended by the hotel (delicious!) & a beef noodle place (good)... They are across the street from one another. If your not that hungry eat a lot of dumplings because they're so good. - otherwise their is a mall nearby (3mins) you can eat at - you get HBO in the food - breakfast is ok - they're is a cheap shuttle nearby (4min walk) you can take to the airport. It leaves every 15/30 mins depending on the time - ask the staff and they will show you a map. We found it the night before to make things a bit easier for us in the morning

New hotel with great services!
We really enjoyed our stay at e91. We arrived late in the evening, but the hotel signs were clear and easy to find. The hotel occupies floors 5 to 7 with the lobby on the fifth floor. After checking in we were given breakfast vouchers and instructions for the airport shuttle for the area. The hotel itself does not have a shuttle, but the place to catch the shuttle is only about a 3 minute walk. The cost is only about $1 per person versus the $18 cab fee so we opted for the shuttle. Our room was I the 6th floor. There were signs everywhere stating the rooms does not have good sound proof so they asks guests to keep their volumes low to ensure privacy. We had no noise issues throughout our evening there. The room was quite spacious with a king size bed. It was very nice and clean with a modern design. The room had toothbrushes, a comb, even milk tea for you to enjoy. The breakfast was plentiful mixing Asian and western tastes. Overall, we enjoyed e91 for the new rooms and great services!

A great stay
This a brand new hotel, with tastefully decorated rooms, excellent, warm service, very close to the train station. Also enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Highly recommended!
