「Room was not properly cleaned unfortunately. We have to ask reception to sweep the floors. There was issue with drain - water stopper almost in close position and blocked water from properly draining and no way to pop up it more. 「We arrived at the Super 8 Amherst with a positive first impression. Sadly, our stay was overshadowed by not being able to use the pool area. There were far too many kids, left unattended and running wild creating a loud and completely horrible pool setting.
