「Room was clean and well appointed. Front desk staff were excellent. I found the restaurant food quality average and the staff poorly trained and not able to either communicate well or provide good service. Housekeeping was good but again staff didnt seem to understand or follow up on basic needs. E.g. no face towels were provided. Laundry service was excellent and prompt. I liked the hotel and will stay there again. All these things are fixable by the management and I hope they can make them.」

「Staying here has been the worst experience, forget other aspects, staff is not only incompetent but crooks as well. We booked classic room which was confirmed and when we reached the property, they claimed they are all booked and issue was with website. We had to settle for a much cheaper room since it was already late under the promise that they would refund the difference which they agreed to but never did.
