The good: responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful staff. The free shuttle service is great, and there are so many activities that kept our 7yo engaged and happy. Aquatopia is great fun, the indoor ropes course is excellent, mountain coaster was a hit. Rooms were surprisingly quiet and beds comfortable.
The not great: slippery algae on floor and steps in Aquatopia; bathtub had no stopper and was unusable; cabanas are so overpriced that most of them stood empty even in July. Also, no coffeemaker in your room.
The bad: booking activities on the app or website was deeply frustrating. The interface is NOT intuitive, and it froze up on me repeatedly. I gave up more than once and went down to the Events office (not easy to find) and had to book in person. I overheard other parents complaining about the same issue.
Skip the mini golf course. It’s tiny and looks like they ordered a backyard set from Temu.
Also, the check in counter is clearly too small, understaffed, and overwhelmed. Expect LONG queues to check in.
Would we return? Probably. It’s a nice resort. But please fix the app/website for online activity booking. Please.
