Staff service is good. Free ferry transport to and fro hotel is very convenient. Hotel toilets need refurbish. Restaurant's food is excellent!
Overall value for money.

its our regular hotel and its like a family hotel. Its easy to get things done and we are looked after always very well

Room aircon not strong and make the room stuffy. Lift have smell due to dirty carpet.

Free Shuttle Not Arranged
The hotel supposed to arrange free shuttle from ferry terminal but was not in time upon arrival. So they arranged a taxi to send us instead.

Friendly, thoughtful, helpful staff. Make one's stay comfortable and relaxing. The best service is providing shuttle transfer from jetty to hotel and to any places within their marked circumference. The photos on the webs is what you get; no misleading photos. The restaurant food is fresh and price very reasonable. The hotel provides some gesture which touch each customer, e.g. upon checking out, the hotel will give each room a small token eg few pieces of "kuay" so that we can eat on the ferry as our journey back home is 2 hours. Would book this hotel if go to Tg Pinang . In fact, I had start recommending to friends and colleague.

Great customer service but bad hotel condition
They provide free car service to go places in the city area only. Customer service is really great but disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. They didnt take care of it cleanliness properly. Food wasn't not bad at the hotel restaurant. Cannot expect much since it seems like an old hotel.
