"Poor services. Need to wait long for check-in. I asked for a few hangers and I didn't get them until I repeated the request for 3 times. One of the toilets was stucked so I asked the staff to fix it. One guy came and checked the problem in the morning and promised to fix it soon after we go out. ..."

令人好好放鬆和享受的一間酒店
"為了慶祝自己的生日而入住這間酒店。 房間寬敞、整潔和明亮。 房間可欣賞到 SPICE Arena、Setia SPICE Convention Centre及 Aquatic Centre 建築群，晚上燈光閃爍，盡享美景。 戶外泳池早上到日落也能盡享陽光。 健身室器械算是齊備，如果能增添多部拉背的器械就完美了。 無論是門僮、前台接待員、房間清潔員工、泳池員工、餐廳接待員等等都是非常有禮貌和笑容可掬的，值得讚揚。 酒店附近也有大型美食中心，而擁有Goggle 評分4分以上的餐廳食肆也不泛。 總之以上各點，本人希望能再有機會入住這間5星級酒店。"

Spacious and clean
"Great location with lots of eatery around. Friendly staff provide a lot of help during our stay. Spacious and clean in the unit. Bed very comfortable and clean especially we have sensitive nose. Definitely my first choice when I come to Penang. Very recommend."
