「When you open the door, there is a bad smell coming from the closet. The bathroom ceiling was leaking all the time. Looking at the attached picture, all the water is dripping from the top. Cleaners did not replenish toilet supplies. Everything else was fine. So my rating is average.」

「The receptionist Vicky really made our experience a welcoming one. He upgraded our room when he couldn't find one in the non-smoking room. Additionally, he spoke with me and my fiance in English which helped us ease into the culture and community. 」
