「I booked Ataköşk Hotel through Expedia based on the beautiful photos and presentation shown online. Unfortunately, what we experienced was completely different from what was advertised. The sauna and Turkish bath were highlighted in the photos, but both were closed and unavailable. 「This hotel more than exceeded our expectations - in adding an extra room to our reservation very accommodatingly, to the delicious breakfast spread, the well air-conditioned room and to the friendly front staff. We only detracted one star because housekeeping never came to clean our room nor offer to change our towels for a 3-night stay. Not sure if we had to specifically request for them to come…」
