「The check in experience was fantastic and they drove us to our cabin. Our stay was marred by a subpar bathroom experience. The shower leaked everywhere. The shower stand was wobbly. Yet when I had hotel staff check they made it seem as if this was an issue but they didn't fix. So we had to deal with a sopping wet floor the entire time. Very unpleasant. The picture doesn't quite capture the issue. 」

「Had a really love stay here. The only thing that threw us off was there was no door handle sign for ‘do not disturb’ or ‘please clean’ The cleaners still went into our room and cleaned - this is only a small problem but I was panicking if I had left anything out that is private etc. Other than that, amazing! 」

「Exactly as pictured, i stayed in the VIP room and would definitely recommend spending the bit extra and booking this . Did see the other rooms and whilst they looked good the VIP room offers great value for money . Nice seating area , comfortable bed and really good shower . Friendly service . Is a bit of a walk from town up a hill so just be aware of that . There is a restaurant nearby I think called the motto cafe which is owned by a real nice Australian guy . Happy to stay again . Recommended...

「Hotel is located at hill top facing the lake. Room is big and cozy. Hotel is surrounded by lots of pine trees which you definitely will enjoy a refreshing walk in the morning.」
