La habitación limpia,el personal amable, fue una buena experiencia. Recomiendo el hotel. El detalle que no tiene estacionamiento propio, lo dejas enfrente del hotel en un estacionamiento público y te reembolsan el dinero.

Me gusto mucho la comida y la ubicación es la segunda vez que ocupo el servicio del hotel pero está vez me daba un olor muy fuerte a guardado y a umedad y creo le ase falta mantenimiento a los baños y regaderas . Gracias ☺️

Fue un Hospedaje Horrible, Habitación sucia, nunca cambiaron las cobijas o sabanas, había cucarachas, no servia el control de la tele, no tenia control el aire nos pusieron ala hora 2 ventiladores, el desayuno de nos prometieron nunca fue según un desayuno tipo americano pero nunca nos dieron mas que café y chilaquiles, tardaron en recibirnos por que no encontraban las reservaciones, muy caro el precio, durante nuestra estancia en el estado encontramos hoteles mucho mas baratos y con mejores habitaciones, y por ultimo nos hospedaron en el tercer piso con un adulto mayor y sin elevador que por que no funcionaba, nunca volveré al sitio y espero que algún día mejoren el servicio y todo

Lo más malo de este hotel es qué no funciona el elevador, la escalera y la habitación tienen poca luz. Para personas de la tercera edad como somos mi esposa y yo es difícil subir y bajar las escaleras a un tercer piso dónde estaba la habitación y sobre todo cargando equipaje, porque no tiene botones
