Hotel was clean, rooms were good. Just wished they had buffet breakfast and not someone serving us. Our first morning the lady was rude, but other than that the hotel was nice, the swimming pool was too.

El personal muy amable,habitaciones limpias y un desayuno rico. Lo único que recomendaría serían 2 cosas que no partan la fruta con el mismo que cortan la cebolla ya que la papaya sabía a cebolla y mejor ventilación en la área de sanitarios pero de ahí en fuera mi familia y yo quedamos satisfactoriamente contentos gracias a todos sus colaboradores de citty express by marriot Tampico Altamira.

Tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado 2 veces durante la noche. Se apagaba y como es controlado por recepcion habia que estar llamando. Creo que deberia ser autónomo de cada habitacion el poder controlar este tipo de servicios. De lo demas no tengo queja, personal amable y desayuno normal.
