lovely stay! wish we were there longer!

wonderful, spacious room with a balcony overlooking the most gorgeous view of the water. we had a sauna in our bathroom & also a half bath which was great for our family of 4. wifi was spotty, so that was a challenge, but loved the convenience store in the lobby and the breakfast options were incredible.

Wonderful Tampere-experience

This was honestly one of my best hotel experiences. Location was perfect, facilities (services, parking et al) were top notch and room was almost perfect. The only minor remark is that there's a little bit noticeable wear and tear, but nothing serious.

Our suite was very clean and smelled nice. There were lots of extra pillows and bed linens. The sauna heater did not work, however, so that was a bit of a disappointment since we had been planning to use it. The pool area was very kid-friendly, so we had a great time.

Family weekend

The building it self and surroundings are great, also the 10th floor views are great. Unfortunately, the savings are reflected in the cleanliness and condition of the property. The steps of the public sauna was so slimy that few adults slipped on it and our child fell and hurt himself. During our visit to the spa, the staff intended to clean the stairs, but it didn't happen when we get back from the pool.

Dont think I visit anymore. Soap was ran out from dispenser, no toilet pot brush, matresses dirty and omnious yellow stains. Spa swimming pool too small and some of the pool services did not work. Some of the staff seemed rude, but thats quite normal attitude to Tampere hotels.

stay away from this rip off hotel from 80's

old and worn out spa and facilities as from early 80's. The room had been renovated, that is good but the style and size was like given to an 3 years old child. no lounge where to spend evening, no activities except spa (dark small old fashion) a independent gym and two restaurants, so to call, which of one was open after time 2100 and where also breakfast was served. Breakfast quality probably the lousiest we ever have had in Finland.

Mustamakkaraa pitäisi kyllä olla joka aamiaisella. Nyt ei näin ollut, siis toisella aamiaisella torstaina 4.12. Pieni ehdotus: jälkiruokapöydän marjapiirakan kyllä voisi jo vaihtaa. Olen syönyt aamiaista ko. ravintolassa vuosikaudet ja marjapiirakka se pitää pintansa aina vain 😊!

Perus hotelli, huone siisti. Pieni kylpylä. Miinusta allasbaarista, josta ostaminen hankalaa henkilökunnan puutteen takia; myös palvelu nyrpeää kun sitä vihdoin sai. Maksulliset kylpytakit ja -tossut; tossut hajosivat jo ensimmäisenä päivänä. Huoneessa ei valmiina shampoo/hoitoaine/suihkugeeli komboa. Sellainen kasin kokemus.

Kehräämö tuotti pettymyksen

Tämä hotelli oli yksinkertaisesti pettymys. Sisustus kaipaa päivitystä, ilmastointi on äänekäs ja liian voimakas, kylpylä karunpuoleinen ja aamupalassakin toivomisen varaa varsinkin gluteenitonta ruokavaliota noudattavan näkökulmasta.
