「The shuttle services was good as the drivers were very helpful.」

「Staying up in the mountains, you have to accept that you will have insect visitors come in your room. The host gave us a spray to help the insects leave. The host kept our room clean and gave fresh towels. They helped us build our itinerary. I had to have some milk and food for my young kids and they let me use their fridge. Dog was friendly.」

「Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu.」

「At first it was a little tricky to find the exact location but other than that everything was fine.」

「Room was clean, location was convenient.」

「The check in process is a bit tedious but other than that, it was perfect. I love how convenient the location is!」

「Close to airport Accomodates a large family group easily Attractive Very clean Secure and safe for children Nice views」
