We stayed in room number 405. Upon our arrival, we were directed to park in the parking garage. Upon attempting to park in the garage, we realized that my truck was a bit too high, so we circled around the building and spoke to the young lady at the front desk and told her the issue of the truck not fitting. She says it will be fine for the night just park out front and I will let “them“ know. Directly after parking the truck we took our bags up to the room, went down to the bar and had a couple of drinks. We went back up to our room and realized how incredibly hot it was. We tried just to sleep with no blankets, but it became miserable with no air condition. I called down to the front desk and was told that there was nothing they could do about it when I asked if we could possibly switch rooms I was told they were sold out. This a later learned was a lie nevertheless, we made it through the night sweaty. We woke up early the next morning And headed out only to find printed out paper taped to my passenger and driver side windows of my truck that stated this truck needs to be moved or it will be towed so, I went back inside and spoke to the manager and asked her why they would stick Scotch tape all over my windows and why my truck was going to be towed when they are the ones that told me to park it there. The manager told me she was new and she should not have told me that.(they’re untrained employees do not come my problem.) not one offer to make things right.
