The hotel looks great from the outside and on the website. However, when I arrived at 4 p.m. to check in, the experience was disappointing. The carpet had a lot of debris—candy wrappers and pieces of tissue. The front desk staff seemed tired, as if it was time to end their shift. The room was very poorly equipped: no hangers, no tissues, and the hand soap was already half open. There were also issues with basic amenities—no tissues at all, and the remote wasn’t working. I would not book with this company again. Very disappointed.

The property was decent with close proximity to tourist paces and theme park. Rooms could have been a little more updated and spruced up. Lobby desk closed by 10pm or earlier and was not open for check out at 8:00am. A little strange not to have anyone there when you walk in or leave to be able to ask for anything needed or simply be there.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with traveling in a very long time. I arrived to find out that they oversold the hotel, and they took my money for the room, but had no availability. I was told I would get a refund in 7-14 days. The front desk staff was rude, had no care about the situation and I had to ask them if they could answer the phone from Expedia to confirm that they did not have anything available. If there's a bar for lowest effort possible, they were even lower than the lowest. While I was handling this situation for myself. A gentleman walked out the elevator with a bike and TV covered in a blanket that they were stealing from the hotel. The front desk person shrugged their shoulders at this as well. Expedia did end up resolving the situation after more than 2 hours of working through it, but I would never recommend staying at this location after that experience.

There isn’t anybody working over night if you need them, you have to pay for extra towels, there weren’t any pots, pans, plates, silverware, or normal toiletries. It really wasn’t clean. The toilet on our first room didn’t work so they moved us and the that toilet needed to be fixed as well. Then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. It was a bit of a hot mess.

Room floor was dirty, smelled smoking, saw cockroach in the bathroom, only one soap in the whole room, no shampoo, bed was not clean/sanitized, pillows were disgusting and had stains and blood on them. Kitchen had nothing in it, not even one plastic cup. The only thing good was the staff. But I checked in late, and discovered issues as time went by.

The room was dirty when we wentnin hair in the bathtub. The kitchen stove tops didnt work, and we were not able to get clean towels. Staff was extremely rude to us with our service animal, to the point we left early from our reservation. They banged onnthe door asking if we were leaving when we had paid for a total of 3 nights upfront. Never have I been treated so horribly by staff.
