酒店在tampa机场附近,因为第二天一早要还车赶飞机,所以住这里很方便,附近有超市加油站,虽然不是特别近,走走就到的那种,但开车过去还是很方便的 酒店不大,3层,房间还比较大,干净,感觉还不错。 需要吐槽的是早餐,我本来期待的西式早餐,早上到前台问早餐在哪里,回答说就在你身后,原来就是一张桌子上放的几种cookie和几种喝的,如此而已,所以我刚才才没有看到。 这也怪我,带着过高的期待去了。

Reception was efficient and friendly; room was very clean, though smelled a bit musty. There was no signage on the parking lot, only an address number and "Lobby" on the building- the only "Extended Stay America" sign we saw was an 8"X10" on the front door. We weren't sure we were in the right place until we saw that.

The staff made this stay enjoyable; above and beyond. On the negative side, the refrigerator was noisy making it difficult to sleep as well as some loud neighbors. That said, this is the perfect location if you need to be close to the airport! Less than 2 miles away made a 'red eye bearable!

The room itself was decent. Keep in mind you have to ask for any dishes, take out your own trash, take your dirty towels to the front desk in exchange for clean ones. The breakfast is a joke. It’s a grab and go muffin/granola bar or oatmeal with water down coffee that ends at 9:30 am. The surrounding rooms are extremely noisy. The front staff were extremely room and all had an attitude and no clue what “customer service” means. If you ask for anything be prepared to feel like you are being an inconvenience. Only perk was the location is very close to the Airport. Save your money.

People hanging around the lobby and outside front with old cars blocking entrance to the building drinking and smoking. Was made to feel very unsafe. Room smelled of smoke and very fowl odors. Very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, a phone so dirty that no one would put it to their face. The smell of pot in the lobby at 5:00 in the morning of 3/3/24. Ask one of your executives to stay there on a Saturday night. I will not be staying in one of your hotels again. I would think a break room for guests would very helpful.So a person could feel comfortable walking through your lobby.

I took the family to a college bowl game in Tampa and wanted a place near the stadium. I reserved a room with 2 beds. The manager called me the day of the reservation and said all they had was single bed rooms but would give me 2 rooms at no additional charge. I told them we would arrive very late and when we got there, the staff had no idea what I was talking about. So I paid for another room and the manager refunded me the next day. Good. But then the air conditioner broke and they said they’d have someone look at it the next day, after we left. We were not in the room except to sleep and I could not imagine trying to stay very long. The beds were hard not comfortable at all. All in all, just a bad experience.

I am not sure how this property earned so many stellar reviews. Right from the grimy front entrance to the rooms - this was an underwhelming experience. Only saving grace was Karla who changed my room the minute I called the front desk. The reason why I had to change my room was that I started feeling itchy soon as I lay on the sheets. Overall, this seriously isn't worth it or anything to right home about. If you want to stay close to the airport there are more modern places available.

Friendly Staff in Shabby Hotel
The hotel was difficult to locate at night because all the lights in the parking lot and on the building were out. One lobby light inside was on so we could see the doorway entrance. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in sad shape. Our room was clean but One corner of bathroom tile was coming up and moldy. It appeared room was as cleaned as the cleaner could make it given what he had to work with. The mattress was horrible with lumps. Pillows were flat. Breakfast was snack bars and packaged muffins with coffee. Grits were gone when I arrived. Again the check out desk attendant was friendly and efficient.

I live rhat each room has a little kitchenette with a 2 burner stovetop a full size refrigerator, overhead microwave, and a sink. Each room, also, is pretty large. The beds are very comfortable andbi always get a good night sleep. If i were tonhave a complaint it would only be that you only get a bar soap for the shower. Where most other hotels at this level give uou a body gel or shower gel .

My overall stay was very nice. I would state the overall cleaning of the hotel could be better. I saw a few things that needed some work. For instance the sink has two holes that are in the rear of the sink that was not cleaned properly. I don't know if it was old tooth paste or cunk. I suggest housekeeper's keep a 100 point cleaning list and always maintain outstanding cleaning of hotel rooms. I also would check the hotel website before booking. I book with hotels.com and was charged $97 for 1night. I went on the hotel website and I could have book for $50 a night and stayed for 2 night.

The staff were amazing, I showed up earlier than expected and they were more that’s willing to accommodate as far as they could! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This will definitely be my go to place when I visit Tampa! They are extremely close to the studio and everything else is very accessible! I loved my trip!

Most of the staff were nice and helpful. Manager seems to always have an attitude when checking in or out though.. I’ve stayed here many times and figured the first time she might of had a bad day but after 5 different stays here, she seems to always have a bad attitude and doesn’t even say you’re welcome after saying Thank you multiple times. Was treated as if I was some type of criminal or not welcomed by her. Even though she’s seen me multiple times she continues to give me the “you bother me” Attitude.. besides that the other guest that hang out in the parking lot all night made me decide to no longer stay at this location.

Super clean but...
Checking in was easy and quick. The room smelled like 4 people were smoking marijuana, it was pretty bad but very clean. Checkout did not happen as the front desk person was non-stop talking with another guest, so we just left. The breakfast is NOT a breakfast, just some prepackaged muffins and granola bars with coffee - no juice.
