We stayed at this property to attend the last day of the BTS Arirang tour at Raymond James Stadium. Olivia, at the front desk made us feel so welcome and was such a bright source during our stay. They had lost two other managers right before the concerts started and worked nonstop to make up for it. A super fun scavenger hunt, free stickers, free snacks, and BTS pictures everywhere. They truly made a safe and fun space for Army (the fans) to relax. My first time feeling so welcomed for a concert event. Thank you to the team! The hotel was spacious. Room was clean though there are signs of age. Shower pressure was great and the room got frosty as we wanted. Breakfast was promptly ready at 6am and plentiful. I will definitely be staying here again for any future concerts. Barely 20 min walk to the venue. Beats the hour in traffic just leaving the stadium. They even had a shuttle for concert goers ($10 pp)! Wish I knew before I shelled out money for parking at the stadium.

Staff was super helpful and check in was a breeze. Kudos to staff for the warm welcome and for being so accommodating. Room was clean but a little musty coming from sheets. Otherwise, it was nice and spacious and right in front of pool. Location of hotel was convenient to stadium and nearby restaurants and shopping. Amenities were good. Continental Breakfast was good and coffee and tea available 24/7.

Our stay here during the BTS concerts in Tampa has been a true delight! Very clean everywhere, a delicious and really complete breakfast, and a really nice pool area for a hotel this size. The best thing by far is the attentiveness and kindness of the staff! They have gone above and beyond to help and accommodate everyone, even set up cute and fun activities for us during our stay and provided shuttle services to the stadium for the fans staying at the hotel. I feel really grateful they have made my experience a dream. Special shoutout to Ben at the front desk who is so kind, helpful and hardworking. He’s been here every day since I checked in with a smile on his face helping everyone and making sure our experience is the best it can be. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

For events at the stadium, you can't beat this location. It is close enough to walk to the stadium which is helpful in that dreadful traffic. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is dated as seen in the carpet and slow elevators. Little things like minimal lighting and no towel hooks are just minor inconveniences. Overall, I liked it and would stay there again.

The front desk woman was super sweet and kind, however their shuttle to and from an event a lot of guests including myself went to was completely unorganized. I don’t blame the staff themselves but it was upsetting how long the wait back to the hotel was. And the room wasn’t the cleanest. There was a red stain on the carpet

We stayed in a room with a king bed. Bed was nice but the remainder of the room was akward. A desk with no visibility to the TV. A couple of stiff chairs would have been helpful for sitting rather than a bulky couch.

The staff was good about switching my room when the first room wasn’t suitable for me. Breakfast was good. The issues I encountered were the death trap shuddering elevator, my keycard not working after day one as it was programmed wrong , and the door to the pool area does not open with the key card. I saw many others trapped out there until someone opens it from inside the hotel

The property and room where nice and clean. The breakfast was mediocre. After checkout, I was charged $135 for a wash rage and a face towel they said was missing. I never took anything and had to go through hell to even reach anyone at the property to talk to. I was hung up on several times

Was charged $50 because a towel had makeup on it and they claimed it couldnt be cleaned. It very well could have been. I wouldn't trust them with anything! Would not recommend to anybody, stay somewhere else!
