"Booked and paid for a reservation at this property weeks in advance through Expedia - flight delayed we arrived around 2:30am host was helpful but immediately asked for my credit card - I explained room was paid for through Expedia - he said card was declined.. expedia's payment? spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Expedia ( at 3am now,) said I would have to call the next day - This Hampton would not let us stay without charging my card again - we left - nowabout 3:15am. spent over an hour the next day on the phone with Expedia to get a refund since we did not stay and no one was able to figure the situation out while we were standing there.- spoke with a very helpful Expedia agent who tried unsuccessfully to get the manager of this Hampton to issue the refund - this manager instead lied and said we were no shows. Expedia kindly refunded anyway due to the notes left during the 2:20m call while we were standing in the lobby- Long post I know, but beware - I am not sure of the angle being worked here by this Hampton Inn, but the customer service by the manager was awful. "

"I stayed here for a conference in the area. The property was very well maintained and the staff were very nice and accommodating. It was also in a pretty convenient location as well. I would definitely stay here again. "
