「The location is honestly excellent. It’s very central and close to the beaches and major tourist attractions. The staff was friendly, and the other guests were quiet and respectful during our stay. However, the cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, left a lot to be desired. There was mold in several areas, and many surfaces were heavily stained from years of use. 「My husband had a problem with our reservation saying that we didn’t have a room booked with them and sent us to another Country Inn Suites down the road.( I called them on the way stating that we would be late arriving, confirmed all was good). Long story short…Thank goodness the staff found our reservation where we paid in full for the room contacted the hotel and gave them the information for them to figure it out.
