「Very disappointed. Lounge was unusable, tv remote didnt work at all, unit was dirty when we checked in, 2 lights were flickering. Not what was advertised at all. We wouldnt stay here again.」

「The reception staff is helpful But the cleaning staff is not helpful Having stayed for 4 days, the conciergist and receptionist said that they would provide cleaning service for at least twice a day. But I can't see any cleaning service. THEY completely ignored us. Despite asking for a functional kettle, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of bins, they did just a simple registration. 「Not a pleasant stay, no communication before checkin time to inform I cannot checkin due to last guest overdtay, had to replan last min when we call the building: digital lock not reliable, had to try a few times, view is nice but room not well maintained.」

「The location was fantastic. Check in was fast and easy. Room was messy, first thing I see upon arriving was a cockroach. Floors dirty, room doesn’t get cleaned and the worse is that elevator man. So hot inside and have to wait so long for it to come up or down.」
