「It is a beautiful property and the location is very great right next to the beautiful mall, transportation is amazing and the rooms clean and spacious...... would definitely revisit」

「This was an excellent property for longer term stays. Not a Hotel. No front counter. The agent meets you outside the elevator lobby and escorts you to your room. Comes complete with everything you need. It is a place I would stay for a month or more. 」

「This place is definitely top rated in Cheras. Connected to Metro and easy access to grab at lower ground floor. The reception is inside the mall like one of the store, so figuring out where it is, is slightly confusing but they send a video of how to reach so should be manageable. The studio is so clean, great for a family. Kitchen is good. Hot water geyser model is different here and can be tricky to learn how to use, if you havent used before. Staff is cooperative, answered all our queries...

「Cockroaches were found on the 1st day and even on the 2nd day after making up the room, though we have reported to the front desk in the morning of the 2nd day. Finally, a new room has been arranged for us but some lights in the new rooms cannot be turned on and the shower does not work!」

「The NaiBnB is a far better choice. The properties are clean, well decorated, amenities are well supplied and make it a comfortable stay. The fact there is an office opposite makes it a great choice handling a smooth check in, storing luggage and people to ask questions.」

「The place is clean and comfortable. Selected this place as it is near to my workplace. Convenient as there is 24hr laundry and convenience shop downstairs, within the compound. However the check in process could be better because at guard house they needed QR code. Also I could not connect the wifi on first day as the details were incorrect. However this was resolved on next day. Overall it is a pleasant stay thank u!」
