「It was an extremely pleasant stay with very helpful and attentive personnel. The large room with sauna was really amazing and also the small terrace with a view to the mountains. 「This property charges hotel rates but operates much more like an Airbnb. Before arrival, I received an email stating that online check-in was required due to Austrian regulations. This appears to be misleading. The real reason seems to be that reception closes before many guests arrive, so you collect your key from a lockbox instead.
