Over the phone they said I can check in anytime. When I arrive to check in they say they only have 2 housekeepers so check in is at 3pm. I had to sit in my car with 4 kids for 2 hours. Other than that everything was fine . Room and fridge was clean.

Unfortunately, almost everything about our stay went wrong from the moment we checked in. The room was dirty, the floor was disgusting, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the room. We were also not provided with any towels. When we contacted the hotel to ask for towels, we were simply told that they had run out of towels. That is completely unacceptable for a hotel. There was also no iron in the room, and when we needed assistance, we discovered that the front desk closes at 10:00 PM, leaving no one available to help afterward. The customer service was disappointing from the very beginning. There was no sense of urgency or concern about the issues we were experiencing. For the price we paid, we expected a clean room, basic necessities, and reasonable customer service. Unfortunately, we received none of those things. I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay here again.
