Did not have coffee ready in the lobby. Staff said he was too tired. Had to wait 10 minutes for that. Needs updated. Old and not very clean

Between booking the room and check-in the room rate jumped from $400/night to $561/night. The gentleman who checked-in in front of me without a reservation paid $261.

This hotel needs a remodel. The plug next to the wall hair dryer doesn’t work. The shower knob moves on the wall. Paint is chipping due to years of usage.

The location was good just off a major Highway and there is really great food next door.

After I left they deducted 75 cents from my credit card deposit for a door key card.
I was traveling alone so only got one key card when I checked in and I left it in the key drop box when I left.
But even if I had not returned a key card, in the hotel business where reviews are crucial why would you give customer's a reason to leave a bad review for the sake of 75 cents?
That is very "bad business" and I'm sure Red Roof corporate won't be happy.
