"Overall the stay was great. Apart from the carpet which was a little worse for wear in our room it was clean and a good sized room. It was quiet and i didnt notice the aircraft noise at all even though we were not far from the airport. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and smiles all round. We had to wait a while for the shuttle but that was expected because it was a call and wait service rather than it being onsite and waiting. Overall no issues and only a little wear and tear showing here and there but that is not really an issue when only staying 1 night after arriving on a late bight flight."

"Handy location for concerts at Marvel. Have stayed multiple times. Recently stayed two nights in a 1 bed apartment for Metallica. Room was as ex̌pected had small kitchenette dinning and sitting area and was clean. Bed was comfy for me soft pillows. Room suited my needs. The indoor pool and spa is a huge plus my favourite part of hotel. Reception staff are friendly. The location is handy for tram access at stations at either la trobe st or William st. Also short walk to Queen Street and Elizabeth st and Melbourne Central shopping centre. Short walk to Queen Victoria market. Hotel not right in CBD in a quiet area but still close to everything. Also a Woolworths Metro 2min walk away."

"Large very clean and comfirtable room, full kitchen in the room with a stove and an oven. Very comfortable temperature, very quiet. Large pool, loved it. Also, thank you for storing our luggage before and after our stay, really appreciate. Very convinient location just over the market. In the centre of everything, we walked to all attractions by foot. Great dining options nearby and some great shops, from kmart to H&M, Zara, etc. "
