「I’m extremely disappointed with my reservation experience. The entire communication was stressful and disappointing.」

「I did not like being charged for a cleaning fee when I was checking in. It should have been included in the rental rate. If I would have known that there was a cleaning fee, I would not have booked this room.」

「Very quiet」

「The host is attentive, and the unit is tidy.」

「I booked the Floating Home in Reef Resort because I wanted to try something completely different, and that's exactly what I got. Being out on the water makes it unlike a normal hotel stay. The biggest issue is communication about arrival. It wasn't made clear beforehand that you have to take a barge to reach the resort, with an additional ₱1,000 charge. 「This was a scam , they took my payment but did not have a room available , the contact numbers did not work and the emails I sent were not answered. I waited for three hours outside in the hot sun after travelling for 27 hours, I need my money returned ASAP」

「No internet. Washing machine is not functional. No tissue/soap/toothbrush provided. Owner never responded to our questions or requests.」

「Worst because I have no name in the system and was not able to check in as they told me “no reservation “ and just look for another hotel. 」

「I do not recommend staying in this condotel at all. The property owner is out of reach which made the check in very stressful, The room that I reserved was not the actual room they provided. The photos they posted in the booking site is totally misleading. What you see, is not what you get.」

「First up...the tricycle driver who picked up us brought us to the old and wrong spot for boat pickup. We finally called and said there will be a late fee of 700 per room cause we were not there at 2.00. We were there for 2 but was dropped off at wrong terminal. They did not want to hear about it neither and make it right. The property itself does not at all look like the pics u see online when there were newer. The aircons barely blow cold and the portable potty were quite nasty as well. We were...
