Die Unterkunft ist sehr dreckig. Und die betten schränke usw sind sehr runtergekommen. Wir sind angekommen wurden netz empfangen, aber als wir unser Zimmer gesehen haben, waren wir etwas schockiert. Der Teppichboden war voller Flecken und sehr dreckig. An den Türen waren überall rote und braune Flecken, das Bad war voller Kalkflecken und das meiste war rostig. Wir haben uns unten am Empfang beschwert und die freundliche Bedienung hatte uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben, doch das neue Zimmer war fast genauso dreckig.

Séjour à Metz

Hôtel rénové très propre. Personnel très bien. Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner agréable dans une salle spacieuse. Tout était bien. Juste une critique, mes serviettes de toilettes ont été changées alors que j’avais respecté les consignes pour qu’elles ne le soient pas et faire des économies d’eau et de détergent.
