"Can’t fault the hotel, everything was very good, the location was ideal"

"Right in the station near the tram/street car tracks. The room was super clean and the staff were friend and helpful. The check-in process is self-serve ( don't worry it is a multi-lingual) machine. Shops are close by but some can be hard to find.. Just ask the staff of the station information centre. "

"This property is due for an update or at least a deep clean. Torn and stained wallpaper and window covering, worn out carpet and wood floors, sticky hangers, the basket for bath items with literal dirt in it. The level of cleanliness and amenities fall below expectations for a Japanese hotel. Not a place where I would want to walk barefoot in the room. And housekeeping only every 3 days if you stay longer than 1 night. On the other hand, the location is excellent and the bathroom and toilet are nice. "

"Clean, great staff , next to the shin station .very convenient for our trip since coming from Osaka early morning we just drop off our luggage to be able to do the Hiroshima tour for the day that start at 940am. "

"Pros: We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The view from our room was gorgeous overlooking the river. The breakfast was awesome with wide variety of hot and cold stuff. Cons: We had reached early but they didn't allow us to check-in early without a fee."
