"The room was in poor condition - drain didn't work properly resulting in room flooding. Also, they required everyone to turn in their room key each time they left the property. This resulted in confusion and frustration when it was unclear who lost the room key. In the end, we found they gave our key to someone else."

"It's an older hotel but the room is clean and we can soak in hot spring inside the room. The open hot spring area is really nice but unfortunately we didn't bring our swimming suits. The breakfast is healthy with many dishes. I love this hotel."
