Hope to see d changes very soon

Front entrance looks haunted without lights.. Cockroach droplets in drawers... Washroom not clean n washing basin dirty.. Sofa sets ,tables n chairs should be replaced by new one.. Horriblely hanging curtains.... Dirty swimming pool.. Sorry to say that......

Bukit Merah, wenige Unterkünfte

Wir wollten die Orang Utan Insel besuchen. Leider gibt es kaum bezahlbare Unterkünfte in der Nähe. Das Hotel war einst ganz elegant, steht jetzt zu großen Teilen leer. Wir hatten diverse Echsen im Wohnzimmer. Das Apartment hatte zwei Bäder,zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Sehr geräumig. Leider nicht so sauber. Das Personal war super. Half uns bei Fragen und erledigte Telefonate. Am nächsten Morgen fuhren sie uns sogar zum Bus, da dieser nur per Taxi erreichbar ist. Wer nichts erwartet,kann hier schon mal eine Nacht verbringen.

Never come again. Room is bad, toilet sink no water. Room old and not maintain. Dirty coridor. Swimming pool not clean.

It's not clean and bad condition apartment.

It's very scary, no well maintain. The whole area is like abandon. No one is there beside 3 hotel staff. The hotel staff is friendly, but the apartment condition is really Worst! Terrible! Dirty! Dusty!

Apartment was far from main attraction and park close quite early ,facilities of park need to be upgrade.

Unsanitary hottle and bad service

If there were a negative 1 for the rating i would give negative10! I saw cockroach on the master bed on my first day check in there. The pool is all muddy not sanitary at all. Last time we'll be staying here

It's a very bad place to stay with especially for vacation or with family. Dirty apartment!! Totally disappointed.

The thing that we want to go to this hotel!!!

- nearer to our hometown around 10 minutes - big swimming pool...... - easier to get food, near RnR using back way BUT not good as what we wish - new management worse coordination - totally not a hotel nor homestay - problem with the lift, just imagine old folks stay here and their room at Level 7, it's terrible to ask them to use stairs to go to their room right - cleanliness of the room...not good at all. no one come to clean the room everyday. Only clean before we entered the room and till the end of trip...only provided 2 towels not changing at all, extra pillow extra charge, no dustbin at all around the corner (how we want to throw the rubbish if we stay more than 5 days) - Swimming pool not clean as before, how are we going to enjoy the day.... Kindly improve, it's so sad coz you have the facilities to accommodate visitor but yet do not maintain it. If possible, staff be more polite

A very bad stay... No star for this apartment...

Its a very bad hotel.. The lifts are always can't be use so i have to climb the staircase to level 2 for that 3 days stay... The room also did blnot be clean every day.. The shower broke n the toilets are dirty... It's a very bad stay..

Seikhlas sejujur itu aku.

Keadaan bilik ok. Tetapi keadaan hotel amat mengecewakan tak sama dalam online.lif rosak...laluan gelap seolah-olah hotel yg ditinggalkan sunyi.tak meriah suasana.banyak kekurangan.rasa kecewa dan rasa tertipu.

Worst hotel ever

Expedia said it will be 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Instead we got 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 SOFA! The hotel management keep on insisting it was a sofa bed, where clearly it is NOT! The hotel is dirty, room is smelly, toilet flush is not working, sliding door is broken, cockroaches all over the room (and we killed 5 of them overnight), bed sheet is stain and smelly, bed cover was itchy and not comfortable for sleeping, small crt tv with 3 bad channels, air conditioner at fix temperature,

Do not go to this place

First of all, I booked 2 rooms apartment with 1 queen & 2 single beds. It turned out, there is no such thing. Only 1 queen & 1 single available... but I already paid in advance for 2 nights. I was conned! It spoiled our holiday mood. The place is miserable on all perspective. The room was dirty. Toilets were dirty & flush was broken. No room service, no phone to call the reception, no nearby place to eat, swimming pool cannot be used - water is muddy. There is no wifi in room, no cable/satellite in room - only off-air tv. Breakfast is ok with limited food, with no serviette provided!
