Think twice

Think twice before booking... 1. Toilet flush and Toilet door are spoit. Asked person in charge to fixed the toilet flush. 2. Room picture does not tally. 3. Hotel location given on website is wrong, need call them before check in to double confirm the exact location. 4. Simple cleaning like clearing your rubbish is offered once every 2 days. Othereise, additional charges applies. 5. Wifi not working, had to call up to get it fixed. 6. My request of 5 person become 4 person in their record. 7. Their attitude is nice though. 8. Regretted not looking at reviews and ratings. 9. Location is near the mrt and ximending. Just 2 mins walk from mrt and below is ximending shopping District which is nice.

写真は全てフェイクです。他の方が書かれているとおり民泊で、掲載されている住所も偽りです。 全く探せず、近くのホテルの方に電話を借り、通訳してもらったところ、ある事務所の前を指定され、待つこと15分。それからその事務所に電話が掛かってきて、別の住所を指定され、そのマンションの郵便受けから鍵を受け取りました。タオルはあるものの、血のような染みがついていたり、ダニがいるのか、身体中が痒くなりました。気になったのは、最初に電話した時に第三者に通訳をお願いしたからか、全てを語らなかったこと。民泊営業は未登録の違法操業の可能性が極めて高く、二度と使いたくありません。

外国人は利用しない方が良い。

部屋の入り方をチェックインの２時間前にチェックイン方法をメールで送られてきた。3時からチェックインできると書いてあって、４時頃に行ったが、部屋の鍵がなかった。私は、中国語も話せなくどうすれば良いのか分からなかったが、幸いに台湾人の友達がいて、宿泊する所に問い合わせをしてくれた。その際、まだ清掃もされてなく、部屋の掃除をしないといけない為、１時間後に利用できると言われた。もし、台湾に知り合いがいなかったらどうすれば良いか分からなかったし、今度台湾に来る際は利用はしたくないと思った。

그냥 예약하지 마세요 진짜

예약에 결재까지 다 했는데 후기 보고 가지 않았습니다. 호텔 방 상태가 사진과 다른 거는 솔직히 놀랍지도 않습니다 뭐 호텔예약 플랫폼에 있는 사진이 완벽히 똑같으면 말이 안되죠. 근데 ㅅㅂ 웹사이트에 나와있는 주소와 실제 주소가 다르다니? 이게 말이 됩니까? 그럼 해외에 처음 도착하면 어디로 가라는 겁니까? 이런 ㅈ같은 호텔 진짜 처음이고 그냥 여러분 저처럼 속아서 돈 날리지 마시고 그냥 다른 호텔 잡으세요.

The place is nice. Two minutes away from the MRT station and is very accessible. However, the picture posted here in hotels.com is totally different in person. But so far, our stay is good.

ロケーションの利便さと価格の安さを考えると、許容範囲の施設設備です。所謂ビル内にある一般の台湾の部屋を借りるというイメージで間違いないかと。ベッドメイキングやタオル交換もないが、短期間滞在でそういう事が気にならない人にはおすすめ。チェックイン時に電話でのやり取りに少し手間取る事があったので、事前にある程度やり取りをしておくとスムーズにチェックインできると思います。 セーフティボックスが無いのでパスポートや貴重品の管理はスーツケースなどに入れるなど個人で管理をする必要があると思います。

地點不符, 跟照片也不符, 我們這次住的地方不是在185號，房東說185號只是接我們的地方，屋內的裝潢完全不一樣，跟照片天差地別。電梯還貼著不法日租套房的警告，而且樓下的警衛也對我們很兇，這不是我們應該受到的待遇。

みなさんの口コミはおおむね評価悪いですが、誤解もあるのではないかと思います。 端的に言えば、ここは民泊でした。いわゆるホテルとは違うようです。 民泊と思えば、ロケーション、コスト的にアリと思います。 事前に必ず宿泊先にメール(Hotels.comが教えてくれる）、もしくは電話で住所、鍵の受け渡しを確認が必要です。 (メリット) ・ロケーションはよいです。西門町からすぐですが、繁華街と反対側なので、比較的静か。 　近くにコンビニ、コインランドリーもあり。 　(室内の洗濯機は使いませんでした） ・民泊なので、サービスもほぼ無い代わりに自由です。（チェックインは鍵を郵便受けから取り、 　チェックアウトは室内に鍵を置いて出る為、手続きに時間が掛からない。) ・清潔感は上を言えばきりがないが、ふとんや床、トイレ、タオルなど特に問題無し。 (デメリット） ・確かに写真はあまり参考にしない方がいいです（シャワーなど何枚かの写真は実際のものもありましたが）。 ・ビルはローカルマンションなので、フロアやエレベーターは夜間、女性や子供1人だとちょっと不安があるかも。 ・洗濯機と冷蔵庫はあまりきれいでなかった。

値段を考えれば文句は言えない。 ホテルではないのでうらぶれたカウンターに座っている管理人がチェックインの相手。 電話連絡で事務所に確認。「ノーブッキング」と電話の向こうから言われたが、「今朝、エクスペディアでとった」と言ったらいったん電話を切られて、その後OKがでた。 ドアの前に郵便受けがある部屋もあり、普通に住んでいる人もいるようだ。 フローリドハウスではおそらくわからないが、入り口には「金鹿鹿HOTEL」と書いてある。

二度とない

まず、ホテルズドットコムに記載されている住所が違う。鍵は部屋の入り口に掛かっているセキュリティボックスの中にある。鉄格子のドアと普通のドアの二重ということは治安が悪い証拠。 早朝から隣の部屋の工事の騒音で目が覚め、深夜は廊下をバイクで走る住人。 毎回廊下、エレベーターなど恐怖感を感じるくらい酷い。 ホテルズドットコムに記載されている写真は90%嘘。 今回バルコニー付きの部屋を予約したが、バルコニーなどなく、ちょっと良くなった刑務所みたいで、全く違った。 ベッドは板の上に薄い布団を敷いた？と思うくらい硬く、とても眠れるようなものでもない。 写真のような部屋はまず考えない方がよい。 今回はホテルズドットコムのサポートスタッフの対応も酷く、住所のところへ行ってもホテルが無い！と尋ねても、そんなことはない！と、こちらが悪いという言い方しかされず、都合が悪くなると電話口で何度もシカトし無視された。 何で無視するのか？と聞いても、こちらは悪くないの一点張り。 結局、話にならないので掛け直して別のスタッフに説明したら、正しい住所をメールで送ってきた。 こちらが正しかった。 値段、場所的にここを予約しようと思っている方は、絶対別のところをすすめる。 楽しい旅が台無しになる可能性が高い。 ホテル側、ホテルズドットコム側、両方をあまり信用しない方がいい。

Poor an illegal Stay in Taipei! Worst stay ever!

I am strongly doubt that this stay is illegally hosting! It will be very dangerous if accident happens and no insurance can cover for the loss! The address stated on the website is fake! And you cannot find it with the name on the map. No one would clean the stay for few days and we saw a cockroach in the room! You need to contact the man before you check in so if you are out of signal or network you are not able to find the stay! Strongly dislike this stay!

최악...

실제 주소와 다름 전화를 꼭 하고 갈 것! 전화하니까 기다리라 하고 현지인 분들의 도움 받음 엄청 무서웠음.. 우체통에서 열쇠 꺼내고 따라오라고만 하심.. 정말 무서웠음.. 이런 숙소는 처음 최악!!
