Super friendly staff & great fellow hostel mates. About 2 minutes from Ximen station; plenty to see and do, from shopping to nightlife. If you're in TPE for Pride, it's a great place to crash (and if you're not in Taiwan @ Pride, you're missing out...) See you again soon :)

Location is super fantastic. Lot of street shopping and eating options around. Towels are available on rent. A bit old hence mould can be spotted on some walls. Otherwise very budget friendly and worth every penny

Ximen WOW Hostel

I found this hostel to be "a posh hostel" and it has a very good location, due to it being situated in the middle of the entertainment district in Taipei. There is a karaoke venue in the building and light sleepers would be wise to bring some quality earplugs with them. Even though I stayed at the hostel during a weekend, I was not in any way bothered by noise from other guests coming back from a night out on the town. The staff kept the hostel clean.

Overall experience was okay. Love that it’s located in the center of Ximen and near subway and bus station. Heads up for those who cannot sleep with loud noise. I dont have sleeping problem so it’s okay but it’s quite loud at night, just like how others have reviewed it. Perfect for those who needs only a bed to sleep like me.

The shower has a lot of molds on tiles. They should use bleach to wipe out the molds. The cleaner bleach will make the restroom tiles clean. It is currently very black.

It’s literally a tiny closet. Would not recommend at allll. There’s no space to walk inside rooms because of luggage lined against the walls. Beds are crammed so tight together that you constantly bump each other. The showers are moldy and tiny. People are nasty and not one service person cleaned or emptied the trash so it was overflowing the entire time I stayed there. The pictures are very misleading skip this place.

施設内22時過ぎまで音楽が大音量でかかっていてしんどい。せめて20時くらいには音量を下げてほしい。後空調がめちゃくちゃ寒い時があり、みな翌朝くしゃみをするくらいの室内温度の時がある

チェックイン時もチェックアウト時もスタッフ不在でしたが、スムーズにできました。 一つだけ改善点があるとすれば、シャワー室の排水です。更衣室とシャワー室の段差がほとんどないため、水が更衣室の方に流れてきそうになります。

安かろう悪かろうって感じでした。結局写真では判断できないですね。写真はオープンしたての時の写真なんですかね実際はシャワールームは上からの固定で使いずらく、洗面所は結構汚れたりしてました。夜は下の階なのかカラオケがうるさかったり、クーラーが効きすぎてて寒くて眠れないってフロントに訴えたのにも関わらずその場で温度を下げてくれたけど、結局温度が23度に下がってたりしてエアコンが部屋ごとではなくて、フロント一括管理の為フロントがいないとダメで辛かった。西門町に初めて宿泊したけどMRTからは近いけど私には向かない町だったので次回はもうちょっと静かなホテルに宿泊します。

西門町に用事があり、急遽宿泊を決めました。 ラブホと一緒のビルなので、少々入りづらいですが、慣れて仕舞えば最高の立地です。シャワールームが値段相応という感じですが、特に不満はありません。 スリッパの無料貸出、施設内にランドリー、キッチンがあります。 スタッフはとても親切です！
