The staff is nice and helpful, and the location is easy access. However, the room condition is terrible, which is located in an aged building and there is a musty smell no matter how you adjust the air conditioning. The price is cheap but still not worth the money and health.

So many ants everywhere, bathroom is extremely old and shower curtain hasn't been replaced in what seems like years, the rings are rusted and old. Bathroom fixtures require refurbishment. Positives: somewhat reasonable pricing, but looks to be very good value if you book not too far in advance (check Google), the staff are helpful and the foyer is nice and clean, luggage hold service available and lift access.

Ok hotel

Hotel is ok About 10min from nearest metro station. Lots of coffee shops nearby. Towels are old, thin and hard. Bed is too soft for my liking. There was still rubbish in the bin from the previous occupant. Room had a huge moldy smell, luckily the windows open so we can air the room out, the smell had gone after the first day.

The property itself was cute and clean. The only dislike was getting into the building was a bit confusing for a foreigner. It was hard to understand which button to push, and pushing the buttons did not gain us access. We had to wait until someone came outside in order to enter. The instructions could be better on this. Outside of that, great and walkable! It was in a good location that made walking around to food and nearby shops easy!

Staff were nice. However the actual facility shows different from the photos on Expedia. There were some molted area in the room. Strange smells….Also the price itself definitely not WORTH the price! Call/Contact the hotel is WAY CHEAPER THAN Expedia!!!! Feel being tricked by Expedia! I’d like to get refund for the poor experience.

We booked and confirmed a room for 3 adults at this hotel. When we arrived, we were given a small room with one small double bed. We had to ask for another mattress. They supplied a floor mattress that we had to pay for. Otherwise, the staff were kind and helpful: the carpet was dirty; there was somewhat warm water but no hot water in the bathroom; when we tried to adjust the AC, it just stayed at 22 degrees; the elevator was like a service elevator with plywood all around; and there is no place to hang around aside from your room (no lounge, place to sit, etc).

三位好友入住雙人房型（有矮蹋），雖訂單中有加收額外住宿人費用，但悠趣並無收到備注，幸好協商後安排加供被褥，順利入住。浴廁空間為架高區域，不會感覺潮濕，需注意上下浴廁時的高低落差。備品可於櫃台對面區域自取。

舒服的住宿地

房間乾淨。雖無對外窗，但盥洗後不會覺得濕氣很重。 除了其他房客出入房的關門聲較大之外，大體上都很安靜。 房內WIFI訊號很好。

整體還不錯

地理位置還算可以 走路到的了捷運站 它隱身大樓裡 位在12樓層 裝潢還蠻溫馨 燈光也很溫暖 可惜隔音真的很不好 但大家其實也都蠻安靜的所以不太影響
