店家自行更換訂購房型未告知

無任何告知的更換我訂購的房間，明明訂購的是四人房，卻因店家的疏失更換成雙人房加床，入住的時候也沒有告知有更換房間，是我自己發現跟店家反應才說要退500元給我，強迫客人接受他們的處理方式。更誇張的是浴室的沐浴乳一滴都不剩，沒有做補充，很懷疑店家在打掃房間的SOP是否有確實做好，衛生令人存疑。

房間很棒，地點也方便，只可惜隔音不佳，窗簾擋光的效果也不是很好，一大早就被陽光跟巷道內的車聲吵醒，除此之外沒什麼缺點。

優點是房間算頗寬敞，但櫃檯長期沒有人，房間裡的風扇是爛掉的，打電話給負責人本來她還說可以繼續用，最後她叫我們自己去另一間沒人入住的房間拿風筒用。

가족과 함께한 대만여행의 1일. 나쁘진 않았음.

시먼역과 시먼딩 중간의 위치호텔. 청결도 높고, 큰 길가가 아니라 조용함. 방은 크진 않았으나 합리적 가격과 사이즈였고, 침대가 편함. 전반적인 평은 추천하고 싶음. 시먼의 야간 활동 후 오기 좋은곳임. 주인조 친절하고 여러 부수적인것도 있어 사용 가능해서 좋음.

First of all, the staffs were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Secondly, the location is very strategic. It’s only a short walk to Ximen. Last but not least, the bed is very comfortable. I like everything there. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Taipei.

整體ok

設計都不錯，就是一到那邊前枱沒人，沒辦法進去等了一會。。西門町站不是很近。前枱服務不錯，會推介景點。另外不知為什麼9:00am housekeeper 敲了幾次門，我都未反應過來她就開門了！還好我醒了，這麼早跑來給她嚇到，而且那天我就check out為什麼還要這麼早打掃？

Do not recommend - Worst for money

Good side: Only it's a new hotel and clean room Downside : Worst to pay for this value without service! - No human & hospitality service in this hotel. So it's annoying that you can't get some essential info from hotel staff about the restaurants, transportation or sightseeing around the hotel - Difficult to check in (We called and LINE to the hotel for 20 mins waiting to access to the hotel lobby!) why clients have to contact them in advance as they should know from the booking about the guest check-in date!!! Terrible after a long flight to waiting just for getting in to the lobby. - If you have no humanity service, you should prompt respond in a phone call or line if guest need - The hotel description said luggage storage service but the reality has no human in this hotel how can you drop your luggage in the lobby without storage room or human to take care?!!!! So we can't drop our bags until we get the room and also can't drop our bag after check out!!!!!! - No room make up even you pay for 2 nights hotel NOT HOSTEL. No cleaning tag service at the door so no room makes up???!!!!! If you need any supply from the hotel you have to LINE the hotel for communication and YOU HAVE TO DO IT ALL BY YOURSELF!!! e.g. pick up new towels, toiletries supply which runs out of it!!!! Imagine if you don't bring those toiletries with you how can you stay in this terrible hotel service!! - Hotel is far away from everything... No international restaurant around (Only the very local one)

走路五分鐘就有捷運小南門站，8分鐘可到家樂福，地點方便。整體整潔簡單，缺點算是在馬路旁，面馬路房間較有車雜聲。另外住宿第二晚床上有幾隻大隻黑螞蟻，有點不解為什麼(根本沒在房間吃東西)
